Welcome back Nancy! Glad you decided to return to the Valley! We're stikk kicking even if the show is not on! We chat mostly in the Weekly Chit Chat & All That thread. Bonnie had a game going called Fact or Fantasy but I got kicked off the list and am not even sure if she is still doing it! We still ar having fun around here! You know Spark can and will work if you put the effort into it and sounds like you are!

5.What's your motivations for wanting to lose weight? Feel healthy and to prove my Rheumatologist wrong about not being able to lose weight on Prenidsone (steroids)
6.What's your favorite fitness activity? I don't have a favorite, aqua aerobics, hiking, kayaking, walking the dog.
7.Favorite food b/4 Sparks and after Sparks? I love chinese but don't eat much of it anymore. Just eating healthier

After Spark - I still have splurges, but much smaller portions and less frequently. I always have WW giant fudge bars in the freezer though . . .
8. What's the worst meltdown you've had since joining Spark? Haven't had one really, but I have planned ahead when I knew I wouldn't be able to stay within my plan.
9. What's your goal weight? currently 120, I'll wait and see how I feel/look when I get there

Heather, I don't have any children, but if someone I loved was raped I believe it would hurt me more than if it happened to me! My friend was raped several years ago and it broke my heart when she had to testify at his trial. It was like being raped all over again and then the newspaper and all.... I'm so sorry you and your daughter had to deal with such a horrific event in her life! --Melissa

4. Do you have children or grandchildren? Only 1 4 year old 4 legged son named Jack
5. What's your motivation for wanting to lose weight? Health and wanted to be a hot 40 something chick!
6. What's your favorite fitness activity? Water jogging and water aerobics with water strength training
7. Favorite food before Spark and after Spark? Before = any Italian or mexican -- After = Healthier versions of the same, with lots of veggies and way smaller portion sizes! I don't believe in total deprivation -- it will make me give up!
8. What's the worse meltdown you've had since joining Spark? I have one every week it seems! The worst was realizing I ate a third of a bag of pretzel pieces, about 3X the serving size, without even thinking.... Then, since I already messed up, ordered chinese! It was just bad and sad....
9. What's your goal weight? 133 to 135
10. What's your most improved feature since losing weight? I guess my butt. Even with a total 20 pounds gone no one has really noticed, but this summer when exercising in the pool my butt was all jiggley and now it doesn't jiggle in water!
