I'm glad you found me, too! At least, you don't have far to go in reaching your goal. I've gained soooo much weight. Like you, I'm used to weighing around the 130's range. I'm also exercising 6 days a week. I have been since Dec. 27th, and I'm so disappointed that I've only lost 4 lbs. I do feel great b/c I have lots more energy than I had before working out. I just want to look as healthy as I feel. I think I haven't been eating enough calories, so maybe my body is trying to store what I do give it to keep from "starving". Who knows? I'm glad you told me about this website, Pam =)

There you are! I'm so glad you're here! We can support each other and have some fun! I started right at the first of the year and joined the SP Team of that week. I just joined this one so I could reply.
I'm a little frustrated with my lose so far too. At first the weight just fell off (I think it was water weight) but now I am losing only a pound a week! I am very limited with my calories at the moment. It's not something that I could live with forever, but I want to get to my goal. I really want to lose down to 125, but 130 would be okay. I am kinda stuck at 147 at the moment.

Hi, my name is Virginia Lopez and I'm new to Spark. A friend suggested that I check out the website, and so here I am! I joined Spark because I'm wanting to learn how to make healthier food choices. Also, I've been on an exercise program since Dec. 27 (work out 6 days a week), and I've only lost 4 lbs. and 3 inches. As you can imagine, I'm very frustrated. I believe it's because I haven't been tracking my caloric intake. Anyway, I'm hoping I can get some help with this goal.
