hello all. I have been bouncing around with my weight for years, but joining Gold's Gym and now working on calorie counting has helped me lose 37 pounds since March 2010. So it's taken about 9 months, but I've kept if off for a year. That feels pretty good. I love junk food, especially cheddar cheese at night as a snack. Bad bad. I've given up popcorn in the show, but still basically love fat., Hope everyone is working hard at good nutrition and hopefully I'll talk to you soon. Stefanie Stolinsky
