Heyy There!!!! I am so glad that you are reaching out and connecting to build a team to lose weight. I have lost 9lb in the past 1 month. I have recently started running 1-5 miles a day and its helping my body shed some fat fast and I am feeling great! I try to have a glass of water as soon as I wake up and have a green smoothie in the morning for breakfast. This helps me cleanse my body. What are you doing to help propel your weight loss? Tell me more about your journey.

Hey yall, I am a mom of 3, a wife, devout follower of Christ, and I love life! I used SP to lose my first 40 lbs, then got a little lazy and the last 10 to get to 50 kept fluctuating. I am determined to do so much better this time around now that I know what I know. The motivation here is second to none ;)
