Hi Harley! Depression is a wicked beast to deal with. Keep getting up, keep doing your daily routines, see your doctor, and fake it until you make it. Eventually it will pass. In the meantime there is a lot of support here! Let us know how to help!

Hey Harley!

GREAT to see you here! I had some pretty awful depression as a young adult - your age, younger and older. It's pretty tough to deal with all of that so I'm glad you reached out. :-)

I'm 19, 146 pounds, and I'm looking to lose eleven more. Problem is, I've hit a wall of depression, and I don't really have any friends left in my life? It would be nice to have someone to talk to for support with working out and what not.
