I like to read so having some alone time to read is "me" time. If I can add in a bubble bath with a little music that is even better.

At times I like being able to just watch movies or catch up on tv shows.

Going to the gym or for a walk can also be "me" times. Sometimes I'll watch a show while riding the stationary bike.

Good "me" time; this expression I started hearing when my kids were small. Which always baffled me. I guess, depending on your lifestyle....it could be going to the bathroom without kids in there with you.

It could be waking up before the rest of the household, watching the sunrise, sipping on your morning drink. Not having to jump in gear to accomplish whatever tasks.

Or sitting on the back porch desk, watching the sunset, with no words being spoken.

"Me" time, just being in the moment and loving your own company.

Years ago, I was taking a class at the local technical college. One of the younger gals was telling me about 'One being a lonely number'. The value of a couple, how that added to her self worth. I commented on the couple part is valuable if you compatible. Tension in the relationship makes that ONE number desirous.

From your posts you need to determine your personal value to you. NOT let the world define it for you. If you need to be around people to feel alive, feed that void. I personally, love the quiet. Does this help you in defining what you want?
