I was surprised Monday to look out the window and see all the snow. Since I had a hurt foot, it made me stay home and rest it, otherwise I probably would have gotten out and walked in it.

Just wondering how everyone is handling the snow? Is it making you crawl under the covers and eat comfort food? Is it forcing you to find creative ways to work out indoors? I was feeling unusually motivated and was able to lift some weights at home as well as burn some calories by deep cleaning my kitchen.

Stay warm! Hopefully we can chat about OUTDOOR workouts soon! : )
