Not done well at all this year. Lot of health issues some still to be resolved. Weight up and down, but still 3 stone lighter than when I joined.

1. Drink your WATER every day - no. was in meetings all day and didn't have water bottle with me
2. Log ALL your nutrition every day & stay within range- screwed up there, too. potluck at lunch and I just couldn't figure out how to track
3. 30 minutes of fitness - at least I did this! Biked 8 miles.
4. Post daily progress - here 'tis
5. After 8:00 p.m., no more than 200 calories - Yes.


Had a lousy weigh-in today; up 1.2 pounds. I'm hoping it's mostly water from yesterday.

2. Stay within your calorie range every day - I think I was still within range, even with the ice cream
3. 45 minutes of exercise FOUR days a week. - 20 minutes pilates and 30 minutes cardio that I had to fight for.
4. Post daily progress - I did!

I believe even though I haven't hit every goal on a daily basis, this is working. I'm down three pounds from a month ago!!!

Horribly busy, no computer time lately! So I didn't post since 7/1 and it's too late to catch up...so starting this week:

Level 1 - Mon 7/12 and Tues 7/13
1. Not enough water!!
2. Mon: blew it on the eating with 2 cookies, a brownie, nachos, pizza, and wings (not all at the same time, but still...) Tues: stayed in range, but didn't log.
3. Mon: Walked for almost 2 hours. Tues: Not much of anything.
4. Posting (better late than never!)

1. After 8:00 p.m., no more than 200 calories - Did you ever hear of Ben & Jerry's "Berry Voluntary"? Raspberry cheesecake ice cream with white chocolate chunks & raspberries - a single is only 210 calories...but I ate two!
2. Stay within your calorie range every day - I think I went over, even though I only had two meals
3. 45 minutes of exercise FOUR days a week. - Walked on the pier by the lake for 45 minutes with BF.
4. Post daily progress - I did!

1. After 8:00 p.m., no more than 200 calories - I guess a hot fudge sundae isn't under that limit?
2. Stay within your calorie range every day - Over - even though I had one meal and a hot fudge sundae!

I am having a very rough week - stressed and overworked, not much time to post - too tired and too late - run out of time to get it all in in a day before 12 or else I fall asleep...
I did have the day off yesterday and we went to the coast but was a hassle getting away - had to do laundry first as it was my only day off and all the prep of collecting stuff (bikes, gear, snacks, etc). We had a relaxing day and got in some good exercise - then went to bed and couldn't sleep (oh those hormones)

I tracked what I could of food - but did make good healthy choices all day - probably a little over but remained in range with the burning extra calories from biking...

today in range so far, had another long day at work...

1. After 8:00 p.m., no more than 200 calories - uh, nope. Starbucks ice cream did me in again.
2. Stay within your calorie range every day - Pretty sure I was above my range all weekend
3. 45 minutes of exercise FOUR days a week. - I've been doing my pilates in the morning, but cardio is out when the temp is in the 90s.
4. Post daily progress - I did!

I think we need to shake it up with some other goals - maybe a social goal, like commenting on a team member's spark page or something similar? Any ideas, suggestions, comments?

Out of town for the weekend, and this is the first chance I've had to get on SP (it's terrible how WORK interferes with all the fun things I like to do, LOL).

Level 1 - Fri 6/25
1. 8 cups of water!!!!
2. Logged food and stayed in range
3. 30 minute walk
4. Posting late

Level 1 - Sat 6/26
1. On the road, only made 4 cups of water and a beer when we got to our daughter's house in NC.
2. Stayed in my carb and calorie range, but didn't log it.
3. No exercise :(

1. On the road again (sounds like a song!), managed to drink 7 waters.

I haven't been posting my progress, so my goal is to start tonight posting my progress every day. It has been hectic with my schedule changing. I am going the Level 2 Challenge, which is hard for me since I work at a resturant and I'm usually not out of there until 10pm, so eating after 8 is going to be challenging. But I know that I can do it.

2. But have managed to stay within calorie range every day

I think I am progressing - paying more attention to portions and getting back to the gym even though late night schedule is hard - I can't just come home and go to bed - have to unwind and usually am hungry...
