didn't get this Friday had to go out of town so in car all day lol.. Did this yesterday on treadmill loved it so emoticon

Small baby step goals to begin with so I don't get discouraged again

I took a walk with my girl emoticon for just over half an hour. And, I did it her way! Instead of holding her back when she rushed off, I ran with her, and when she found something too smelly to leave, I ran away from her, which makes her rush to catch up. Plus, I did 2 10 minute cardio videos and 1 20 minute strength training and stretching video.

I'm back on track!

I had to deliver training to some folks in another building. I could have taken the train, but decided to walk. 3.2 km each way! Uphill coming back! 25 minutes there, 35 back. Do I pass? Thanks heaven there is a bit of a breeze too keep me cool!

Your challenge today is to DO 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. Great ways to do this are:

*Go for a walk with the family pet, a co-worker, or with your headset playing an audio book
*Take a gym class
*Go for a jog or bike ride
*Do some gardening
