I have the Gymboss. Love it!! I don't have to worry about watching a stopwatch/clock to switch intervals. Paid $20 from their website and recieved quickly.

I wish I could use the RunKeeper on my phone to do intervals since I always carry it with me anyway for safety.
But, My battery would die before my 26.2 miles are up....where would I be then.... emoticon

I use the RunKeeper app on my android. I can program the intervals I want and it will give me voice instructions when to change intervals and at what intensity I should be at. It also tracks my run through GPS. So at the end I have distance, pace and time. I like it a lot. It also uploads your data to there website. It even emails you congrats when you break a PR.

It's free in the android market. But they do have a pay version as well.

Its about progress not perfection!

So far, I have been training on the treadmill and I think it's high time for me to hit the outdoors. Do any of you know where I can purchase a good interval timer to use so I can follow the program while walking/running outdoors?

Thanks
