Thanks for all the ideas. WE will have my daughters lap top along with wireless web (free), so I can track as I go... I also plan on having my machine along to test as I go.

A few months back I got of a job that took me around the world. Since most of my day was work related I had little (meaning no) time to log into SP.

Before I left home I printed out my SP fitness tracker. Including my Strength training, Cardio training, and Food tracker. I also went to another website and printed out my recommended Meal Plan for the three and a half months I was out of the country.

A week before I left I went to my cell phone company to find out what kind of service upgrade I need for overseas calling. She fixed my plan and recommended what I'm doing to you. GET WEB ACCESS ON YOUR CELL.

I found I could return to my hotel at night and update my SP trackers with no problems.

I would not recommend you try to post or blog on your cell. Cell Data Bytes become costly quickly.

Good ideas...
Also try checking in the customizing portion on your cardio workout setup, there may be other activities listed that will correspond to your park activities.
Be sure you take and USE sun protection, and don't forget to take extra snacks, juice and drinking water with you for any minor 'sugar emergencies' that may crop up from doing activities you are unaccustomed to...

... and Whatever you do, remember to HAVE FUN!...

(got room in the picnic basket for us? LOL)

Take a small notebook with you and write everything down, while you are enjoying the Water Parl. When you get home, enter the info into your computer. Don't forget, you can change the date you're entering for at the top of the tracker, so you can enter several days at once, although it may take a little longer than normal.

Track you food like you always do. For the exercise part go to the cardio section before you go and find the swimming part and mark it as favorite, do the same with walking.

My mom and her husband gave all of us kids (4 of us) and our families tickets to this water park for Easter. www.waterparkofamerica.com/

We are all going in two weeks, spending the night. The good thing is that the hotel has a weight and work out room, so I can still do that part, but how do I track the water park part of my day. Any input would be appreciated.
