Ouch! Sorry about that fall. Great doc report. Bet that feels good.

I am supposed to go walking for 5 min. a day. I'd better go do that. It is cold outside. But I will survive. I had low energy today. Too much salt on Triscuits last night . I could not sleep , 3:00 in the morning I was still awake. I ate Triscuits crackers! And read a book by Kathy Reichs the Bones TV show inventor.

I feel better now than in the morning. I sure hope I can sleep tonight. I cut down on coffee today.

I’ve had both knees replaced it’s been over 10 years for both. Do the exercise they say and recovery will be good. Losing weight is a challenge at anytime. We can just persevere through and hopefully we accomplish our goals. My knees are good but I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in all my joints so exercise is a challenge. I can walk maybe a couple blocks with the dogs. It’s still a lot more than before my replacements.
Do you have any support in your home or close by that can help you? Will they do the replacement if you don’t lose the weight?

STAY POSITIVE AND SMILE. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED WHEN YOU HAVE A BAD DAY. THEY CAN ONLY GET BETTER.

Losing weight and keeping it off is difficult after surgeries. I have had several surgeries in the past couple of years and am trying to take off the weight that I regained during recovery.

It will be done through consistent work and supporting for each other. SparkCommunities are a good place to find that support.
