I'm happy it's Friday! I met my goals yesterday of walking at least 20 minutes and tracking what I eat. I will do the same thing again.

Hi, I'm 30, and I want to try to lose at least 10 pounds. I've been trying to work out more, use the nutrition tracker, and come up with a goal each day to keep me going. Today my goal is to write down what I eat, walk for 20 minutes, and check in back here once I've completed it.

What are some of your guys' goals/daily goals?
