About 25 minutes from Hazelton. Pocono mountains. I haven't been posting here till I officially move back. I joined 210ville where I should be.I'm down to 215 lbs. so I have a little way to go to get back to 200ville. I hope you are still here .

I'm back & refuse to give up. I did some major damage for the Easter holidays. I'm up to 224 lbs. I revamped my SP & recommitted myself as of today. I am so excited. emoticon I made a promise to myself that I would see Onederland in 2014 perhaps it will be a little later than sooner but that's ok.

Ok I have 1 lb. to go. I weighed in today at 210 lbs. I had a little detour for two weeks. I wasn't doing too bad but a few days ago I had a really bad day & ate everything & any thing in site. The next morning I knew I better get back on track or I would be in trouble. I really want to see onederland in the next month or two.

I'm doing real good. For the last three weeks I've been losing only a lb. a week. I am happy with that but it should have been 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. a week. This week the weight is coming off by leaps & bounds. I am so, so, happy. This morning I weighted in at 211 lbs. Maybe the weight loss will slow down again. I hope it doesn't till I lose these last two lbs. to officially be in 200ville again. I think I am not going to bake for the holidays this year. After gaining 27 lbs. in two months I don't ever want to repeat what I did. I would be in Onederland now if it wasn't for this detour! emoticon I am definitely learning by my mistakes!

I wasn't going to post but this is almost like a weight loss journal for me. If posting helps me be accountable then why not post? Today the scale dropped another 2 lbs. I am now down to 214 lbs. with 5 lbs. to go to be in 200ville officially. Also today I am at my half way point in my weight loss journey. I'm down 62lb. It's like the scale is evenly balanced now! It is downhill from here on in. I know the more you lose the slower the weight comes off. It's going to be a very very slow descent. I feel once I enter into Onederland losing weight slowly won't bother me as much.

I haven't posted in almost 2 weeks. The weight is coming off very, very slowly. To bad when it came to gaining weight it would be as slow! I weighted myself this morning & am down 1 more lb. with 7 lbs. to go till I am officially back in 200ville. I am going to be so happy when I get back here. I think I said that already:) I am weighting myself almost every day so I stay on track.

Today was weigh in day for me with my BLC24 team. The good news is I lost 2 lbs. I know I have several lbs. to go to get back here but I'm two lbs. closer with 9 lbs. to go. It will be a happy day indeed when I officially belong here again. emoticon I did learn one big lesson. I'm the type of person who has to weigh in daily to hold myself accountable. It's ok to skip a few days but no more or I go off track. I'm not going to make that mistake again. These next 9 lbs. are going to seem like an eternity to me! emoticon

I'm doing well in the weight loss dept. As of today I am officially back to 210ville. Ten more lbs. & I will be back to 200ville. I really can't tell you how long it will take but I am going to emoticon till I'm back here! I hope it will be no more than two months. I didn't post here since Nov. as I have said before I don't belong here but refuse to leave. It might take me two months before I can say I officially belong here but I'm not giving up! I joined two new teams in Jan. & they are a big help to me. I am back on track & hope to be down to 209 lbs. in the next two months. Hopefully by the end of March. I will continue to post each week to hold myself accountable.

hey Linzee glad u posted. the holidays are tough but once that ends, there's valentines, mothers day, easter..and then there's birthdays, weddings, anniversaries......u see where im going. there's always going to be something.

what works for me is setting small..and i mean teeny weeny goals that i know i can reach within a week or so and make it happen....and then i make another small one. it doesn't have to all be weight related but just feeling like you can get things done..makes all the difference..at least it does for me. happy holidays and all the best!

We have all been there -- don't beat yourself up too hard. Stay focused, make small steps toward your goals. Each good choice is a step in the right direction.

I've gone off track in the past couple of weeks too. I've been exercising but my nutritional choices have been horrible. I'm trying to get back on track so I can (hopefully) see the 190s by the end of the year.

This time of year is so hard to stay on track!! I'm just trying to focus on small things:
1) drink enough water; limit any caloric drinks
2) eat my freggies
3) walk, walk, walk

Even if I don't do anything else I feel better if I know I've accomplished those things at least.

Keep going, everyone! We can do it!!

I wasn't going to post this but it's the only way I can hold myself accountable! For the last 3 weeks I went off track. It started with making cookies for a Christmas party we had in Nov. It was an early party because our group doesn't meet in Dec. Thing escalated from their. My eating went out of control & I didn't get on the scale till this morning. Getting on that scale was my wake-up call. I don't even belong in 200ville but I refuse to leave. I am not giving up. Perhaps I might not see Onederland till January but that's ok. It will be hard for the next couple of days especially when your body got use to all that junk food. Then their is Thanksgiving & Christmas to deal with. Once before I made it through the holidays without gaining a lb. because I was so determined. I know I can do it again. I will be checking in every few days for accountability. I guess my stay in 200ville is going to be a very, very, long one! emoticon emoticon emoticon

My weight-in this morning is 201.6 (5 pounds down in 20 days) so I guess I might be out of here very soon! I'm very proud of me (so my personal trainer will be - The goal was to be 201 at the end of November!)

emoticon Molly & thatgirl7. It's so nice to have company. Yes , those challenges are great. I've been doing them for a while. This is the 1st time as a starfish. In June I joined BLC22 & that is what got me my on track losing the weight. This round (BLC23) I'm not losing as much weight but as long as I see Onederland by the end of the challenge I will be happy. The challenges last for 12 weeks & we are into the 5th week so I think Onederland is very doable. My BH is Nov. 18th. That would be the best birthday present for me, Onederland. I moved down to the 4th floor this morning. Five more lbs. to go. This time when I leave 200ville I am going to call a moving van & a limo. I'm leaving this ville in style, in a limo! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Linda

Linzee, way to go! Keep on rocking, girl! I see that you're a Starfish -- I'm a Cloverleaf! Aren't those challenges great?

Thatgirl, night time snacking will get me every time. And it is hard to figure out how many calories are in the foods we cook. Sometimes I'll plug the recipe in the SparkRecipe calculator just to see if I'm close.

I just joined this team today. I'm at 208.8 this morning. Woohoo! I'm really tired of all of these 2's in front of my weight. My goal is to be in onederland by the end of the year. I'm pretty sure I won't tire of seeing that 1. ;-)

Congrats for the weight down! There's indeed something psychological about getting in onderland. Maybe that's why my body was at 203 for so many years before I gained some weight!

I cross fingers for you to reach 199 by your birthday. Even 199.9 would be fine! =P

I'm not doing so bad on my own right now but I have to keep pushing and wach my calories, especially at dinner. It's just hard to estimate the calories in the food you cooked.

emoticon Everyone, I weighed-in this morning at 209 lbs. I'm so happy to be here. This is my 3rd visit at 200ville & my last! I was here about a 1 1/2 years ago. Since then I have been wondering around 220vlle & 230ville. In June I found the BLC 22 & have been on track ever since! emoticon The next ville will have a 1 in front of it. It will be a 1st for me because I never made it that far in the villes! emoticon emoticon Linda

It's been an interesting week. I almost bailed on running this morning, but Lulu wanted to go, and I'm trying to see if I can loose a full 5lbs in the two weeks - tomorrow will be two weeks since I started back into my training hard again. Wish me luck.

Both tired and emoticon as the days have been pretty tough for me. My hubby started prescription drug rehab on Monday and things have been a little hard without him. I'm thankful that he's getting some help though. I did not walk today. Went to bed quite late last night and was up early. I plan on getting into bed earlier tonight. Hopefully I will have the strength to get up for my morning walk.

It's been tough the last few days. It was hard getting to sleep last night but I managed a few hours. Today was a little better. I have still been walking each morning regardless of the weather, or the many obstacles I have had to face the last couple days. God is truly so good!

Today has started out wonderful for me so far. Not only did I get in a nearly two hour walk, but I completed 40 minutes of strength training. I love to sweat...and I must say....that I was after that workout. emoticon

Not feeling the best today, but I was up early cleaning before the kids got up. It's still so hot outside and I didn't walk yet. I hope by the days' end when the sun is setting the weather will be much better. I have committed to walking an hour each day, but I will just see how my body feels. I'm looking forward to this weekend. I need to take some time to just rest. It's been a busy week!

It's been an awesome and emoticon day so far. I had a great walk/run this morning followed by 30 minutes of strength training. I found it hard to sleep last night and drifted off around 11. Then my phone ranged around 2:30 and that kept me up another hour. I finally got back to sleep and got up and went for my walk/run before it got too hot. I completed over 7,000 steps and it was a great feeling. I plan to take another walk this evening after dinner. I've become addicted to walking and try to walk at least an hour every day. Sometimes I skip a day here and there, but if I feel up to it energy wise I walk everyday. I hope to get a better night of sleep. We will see!

The auction went well. We sold five of our horses. It was hard seeing them go. We still have three here that we decided to keep. I'm so glad to be back...my internet was down since Sunday's rain storm. Trying desperately to catch up here.

Hope the auction went well for you.

I got out and did a training run yesterday - really pushed. Tomorrow is another one. So I'm taking it a little easy today. I'm thinking nice leisurely walk with the dogs today

Just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a good weekend. I've been tired most of the day. It's been a busy couple of weeks. Tomorrow hubby and I will be going to a horse auction and selling four of our horses. We're getting out later today when the weather is not so hot and round them up. Travelling to Mountain View, Missouri for the auction. A night of good rest we could both use.

Thanks. It's actually not too bad. this weekend could be a difficult one, but I've already asked hubby to help distract me.

It's raining here today. Looks like I need to change my plans. The plan was for a picnic outside today. Maybe next week.

It is cold and rainy here today. I had a great walk outside last night, but it looks like it will be the Nordic Track or a DVD for me tonight. It seems as if we get one nice day and then cold rain for several in a row. I'm still waiting for summer to arrive.

emoticon It's a hot and humid day here in Vanzant, Missouri. I've still been getting out for my morning walks. Yesterday was really a scorcher so I was thankful to God for a little breeze earlier. We're supposed to be having a picnic on the river today. Let's hope and pray that it's a little cooler though.

Today was pretty bittersweet for me. It was one year ago today that I lost a true friend and someone who inspired me like no one else, my pastor Mother A.B. Jackson. I miss her dearly but thankful that the Lord allowed me to know her for so many years. On another note, I completed my hour walk again. I must watch what I eat though. My diet has not been real good the last three weeks. There's been a lot of stress, but it's still no excuse. I hope the weather stays nice this week so that I can get out each morning for my walk. I'm going to also start walking some evenings after dinner for half an hour. I would like to build up to at least 10 hours total walk time per week. emoticon

Today it was raining when I got out of bed. That was a bummer because I usually take my walks in the mornings. I was finally able to get out and walk later in the afternoon though. I'm getting addicted to this walking. Each day I try to walk for 1 hour in addition to doing my P90X. I like to use this time to pray and meditate while enjoying the beauty of God's nature. I started walking again close to four months ago. It has made a great improvement to my overall heath.
