The one thing I LOVE about exercise is the body's complete ability to put any aches or pains on hold for the time you're doing it....Achy and sore before; even more achy and sore after...but inbetween...sweaty goodness!

Nice to "see" you Dee! Those are great goals, Christie.
My goal is to start losing weight again. I've been "stuck" at this weight since 2009, in spite of almost 20000 exercise minutes a year. Time to kick that up... might dislodge my lengthy plateau.

Goals for 2012:

- Lose 25 - 30lbs

- Start jogging/walking in the spring (... after buying a great pair of shoes!)

- Track my fitness and nutritional minutes on Spark
