Goals for week 1:
Stop liquids at 5:00 pm
Stop eating by 7:00 pm
Be in bed no later than 10:00 pm
Set alarm for 6:00 am.
Get up when alarm goes off.
Continue exercising each day.
Record results every day on SP.
Turn these goals into life long habits.

My goals are:

- Exercise earlier
- Eat my last meal earlier
- Go to bed at 10:30 every day (including weekends)
- Wake up at 6:30 (normally wake up at 6:00 but don't need to)
- Drink water earlier (not so close to bedtime)
- Stick to a routine
