1. Listen to music radio stations instead of news radio stations
2. Get at least 7 hours sleep every day
3. Stick to nutrition and fitness goals
4. Give myself a mental pep-talk when I start to feel anxious
5. Write down the minimum things I want to accomplish each day (don't over-do it)
