Listening to music instead of the news seemed to help a little. I still try to stay up with current events but I don't spend as much time reading about it as I used to. I don't always hit my sleep goals, but when I slept through my morning exercise time I made up for it by exercising in the evening after work, and I've stuck to my nutrition goals which has also helped reduce guilt and stress. Giving myself mental pep-talks periodically has helped too. I've started setting more realistic goals for how much I want to accomplish each day.
