My long term goals are to continue to do the things that have worked for me to reduce stress:

1. Listen to music instead of (bad) news radio
2. Stick to my daily nutrition and exercise goals BUT don't beat myself up if I miss a goal.
3. Get enough sleep.
4. Say positive and motivating things to myself.

These have worked and I want to maintain the more positive outlook I have right now and/or become even more positive.
