Ladies we all know how easy it is to want to do nothing but lay around and sleep while we are pregnant. When we have children this becomes easy as well. If not sleeping, it may be watching television, or playing on the computer. I know I'm guilty of this. What are the ways we can get moving? Exercise isn't the only way to add movement to our day. What little things do you do daily that help add up movement? For some it may be housecleaning, for others it could be cooking. Anything that gets you moving in any way is beneficial to your body. So ladies, please help me out here and tell me what you do each day that gets you moving! It doesn't have to be exercise, but that is great as well.
