My goal for this month is to get at least 120 exercise minutes every day, even if they are only walking. Our dog Frida is very happy to walk with me to fill out the minutes.
I want to lose 3-5 pounds, if I lose 3 and keep them off and consistently weigh below 132 (I am 135 now) I will be happy

My aim for this month is to do a minimum of 3000 fitness minutes despite the 28 day month. Restart the Turbo X-treme workout program, go to my Tai Chi classes a minimum of twice weekly, walk a minimum of 12 miles a week, workout in the home gym 3 times a week.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
