Today, I cleaned up the house for about 30 mins, then was outside raking leaves and doing yard work for about 4 1/2 hours.

@MARANATHAS17 - hope you're able to go swimming soon! There's something about being in the water that makes working hard seem not quite as hard -- I think it's staying cool even while exerting myself. Y is closed today, so I've got a strength workout planned for later.

I count cleaning out my jeep as my exercise today. I was exhausted afterwards. @PAULALALALA I'm so happy you got to go to the Y. I want to go swimming so badly. I hope I get to sometime soon.

45 minute spin class at the Y this morning --

Y closed tomorrow so I plan to do a Strength workout here in the a.m. Basically I just plan exercises for shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings, outer and inner thigh and abs. The instructor had a number of different exercises for each of these areas, so I'm just using what she has taught us as best as I can remember.

I did a 50 min spin class this a.m. at the Y, then came home and did one of my new at home strength workouts. It took 60 minutes and I feel VERY worked out! (Shared this on the 5% team - fave Y strength instructor leaving so I'm designing my own workouts based on hers.) Found out this morning talking before spin class that there are a number of Y people going to follow her to Crunch, while keeping their Y memberships. Hmmmmmm.....don't know whether I can justify that added expense every month. Her class is the only thing I'd be doing there. It's under a $1 to join now, and $30 a month, but I'm leery of getting hooked in. I've heard it's really hard to quit some of these gyms and get your money stopped going in monthly.

I have been working on my PT for my neck, on and off, all day. I still had a ton of housework to do. Which I did get done. So working on PT late. My PT guy is a long distance runner. 100 mile races and such. I think, he thinks I am stronger, fitter, than I really am.... Hahaha

I’m really struggling to get back into any fitness with my husband into skilled care but I started a couple of streaks with biceps curls, triceps, and neck exercises, so I just try to do a few every day.
