I did exercise more this week than ever before hence some good result. Eating wise have been controlling but often went over my mark

SW: 145.5 lbs/ 66 kgs
LW: 139.5 lbs/ 63.3 kgs
CW: 137.4 lbs/ 62.3 kgs
TOTAL: -2.0lbs/ -1.0 kg

Target 121.2lbs/ 55kgs

It's been two weeks now and it looks like I just might succeed AGAIN in losing weight by eating healthy and exercising.

have been a bad girl last week eating large portion satisfying my tongue and not my tummy. So this weeks goals going to be to burn more calories. roll on!
