It is very important to drink water and I am very lazy about that. I have found a way to do this better, I now make flavored water in my Pampered Chef quick stir pitcher. My favorite is sliced cucumbers with mint. Keep the pitcher in the fridge and a cold glass of this gets me drinking and enjoying.

Fruity water- had it several years ago at a wedding. slice a few oranges, lemons and half the slices. add them to a punch bowl or pitcher of water. add ice or refridgerate for a couple hours. tasty and refreshing

Ok, I did find that drink, but it comes in a big container. Someone told me that I could find it at Whole Foods in a smaller size so I am headed there to search for it.

So where did you find that spice blend, was that also at Winco? Never heard of that one before and I love moroccon food. Today I am attempting to make my own falafel. It is a recipe from Clean Eating magazine - LOVE that magazine!

I hope you like it Dena!

Today I am going to try this Moroccon Gourmet Garden (Fresh Blends) Herb & Spice Blend in my brown rice. It comes in a little tube-like container & is refridgerated.
A perfect Moroccon blend of fresh coriander & ginger, garlic, cumin & black pepper for meatballs, couscous & kabobs.
I have had it in a sandwich before & it was great! A little unconventional maybe!
I know it will be delicious in brown rice!!!

I will look for it this weekend when we are there. I wouldn't mind giving it a try. Plus, I could drink it in the evening since it isn't caffeinated.

Yes, I found it in the coffee Aisle. It isn't bad. I remember tasting years ago and I didn't like it. Now, I find it quite an acceptable drink. It is instant also which I like. Quite a lot cheaper than decaff instants like Folgers or Tasters Choice.
It is a light yellow/orange can with a red lid & picture of a white coffee cup at bottom. About 61/2" tall & round.
It's hard to explain the taste. I like it myself. It tastes roasted, but not bitter.
Hope that helps.

What does it taste like? Do you find it over with the teas and instant coffee? I am interested as I am trying to wean myself off coffee.

It's called pero (I know in spanish it means dog but it's not.....trust me!!)
It is a grain drink that I found at Winco & it's made from Barley, Malted Barley, Chicory & Rye.
Since I quit drinking hardly any caffeine I took this up in place of coffee for a quick hot beverage as it is instant.
