Prior to trying to lose weight, I was trying to get stronger. So I am good at getting 3 yoga workouts in/week for 60 minutes each day. I tried adding in my elliptical but I was finding that challenging to do. Now that the weather is better I added walking 2ce/ per week. But I am obsessive so I have been walking for 20-50 minutes/day 5x week. But I did nothing 2 days per week. So with this challenge, I am going to add in walking or the elliptical for 15 minutes 2x/week as well. It should help that it is only 15min I think. I can find that much time to either walk or face the dreaded elliptical.
