Willam, this month is almost over.

This morning I had 1/2 banana for breakfast with cereal, 1 orange for morning tea and mid afternoon 1 banana.

Looks like everyone else has given up on this challenge.

Hello Michelle!

I had a busy, busy weekend, but I am back. I took some time yesterday and steamed veggies for the week. give veggies and a cup of rice and I am good to go! LOL

I like oranges also. bananas not so much. Do you know star fruit? I love it! I grew up in a hosue with 3 star fruit trees. it is a nice childhood memory (although now I pay 2.5 USD per fruit!!!!)...

I love eating oranges and bananas. I always make sure that I have plenty of oranges and eat one in the mid afternoon and for late supper.

Good morning!

You are welcome Michelle. I also like soup. I always have soup in my fridge and, naturally, it is a veggie soup...

Well, I have been having strawberries a lot. We went to the Strawberry festival and got a bunch of it! LOL

Thanks for those idea's Willam. I cook my veges and then mash them. Like pumpkin and potato. But yesterday evening I made vegetable rice with grated potato, grated carrots and frozen green peas. It turned out really good.

Yesterday for morning tea I had 1 banana, mid afternoon 1 orange, dinner vegetable rice and late supper 1 oranges.

Michelle, everyday I try to fit a salad in my meals. it helps a lot "building up" veggies... Another thing that works for me is to always have steamed veggies in the fridge, so it is readily available...

I cannot remember why I did not eat more veggies and fruits before SP. I do like it and it is not difficult to fit them during the day. Well, SP was a wake up call on that one....

Let's see. Lots of veggies on my day yesterday... Banana (with yogurt) for breaksfast. Strawberries in the middle of the morning. Salad for lunch and an orange in the afternnon. then I had a pear for night snack. Not bad huh?

I am going on with my day. I have had peaches (with cottage cheese) for breakfas. And a salad with strawberries for lunch. Ah! and a banana for snack. it is not bad today..

Good morning!

Here I am, back to "real life", after all it is Monday. I had a great weekend but not really good regarding eating. I knew I would fail, after all, we went to the Strawberry Fest (I don't think that strawberry shortcake counts as fruit! LOL). But I am back on track for a great week!
