Take your own protein filled snacks, and/or take a large water bottle and when you feel like eating start chugging the water (or add crystal light metabolism peach mango green tea like I do).

Do you have a workout center at your college? Maybe you can go hang out there and find some people to exercise with!

Basicly im back at college for my finale year. And i have only been back 1 week and am having a problem keeping away from sweets, chocolates and buiscuits.

i do keep up with my 5 a day and my regular meals i have just started snacking AGAIN between meals i am finding it hard to stop eating the sugary stuff in the evenings and there is hardly anything to do up here.

i dont want to go back to a size 18 trousers. when im home i stay away from these sugary foods as i have things to do like work.

i do go out for 20 minute walks and i walk around in practical lessons
what would you sugest
