sense this team is so new and this challenge went over so well wiht another team of mine next month how about we do the crunch challenge where we see how can do the most crunches in a month?? :)

ill except either way but i prefer emails because it gets confusing when their posted on threads, soemtimes people edit nad i dont realize they have new mintutes or more than one person posts and i dont realize it so its much easier ot keep up with, dont get me wrong i STAY on top of things but its much easier emailed so u emailing me was perfectly fine. :)

Did you want me to keep emailing my min or just post on here? I already emailed for june1-8th....either way doesnt matter to me. ive got it listed in excel. lol

Yep thats it. All u have to send in is a message saying heres my minutes say for example its Friday and you say ok heres my minutes for the week and its 500 minutes, or if u want to send them every day when everu want it doesnt matter just so long u send them all in by the end of June. :)

Ok so June is almost here and I've decided what our first monthly challenge will be!

All you have to do is turn in how many minutes you exercise and whoever turns in the most minutes for the month of June will get a blue ribbon either via spark goodie or a real blue ribbon via snail mail it all depends on what you prefer. :)

I myself keep up with how many minutes i workout as i turn them in too TOPS, Taking Off Pounds Sensibly a weight loss group i see every week, when we get so much exercise turned in we get charms and we have a contest going on now that has to do with minutes.

I like this challenge of WHO can get the most minutes in one month because it can be any exercise you want! ANY, so all u have to do is work out, whether it be walking, house work, crunches, strength training, anything that makes u move is exericse and is counted and its all about movign and burning calories.

I cant wait to see how will join the challenge! Just start emailing me your minutes exercised starting June 1st and you can start in the challenge in time you want! :)
