Ok...I know I'm a little late on the challenge....shame on me...but this week has been a little crazy and I think late is better than never.

1) is limiting my wine intake to one glass per evening. I swear, I will not go out an purchase a large glass. I'm talking a 4.5 ounce glass.

2) I will not purchase anything I do not need. That includes workout video's. Trust me...I have plenty and many of them have plenty of premixes and it will be like doing a new workout daily if I do many of the same ones.

I will come to the group daily and report my progress!

For Lent I am:

Excerising everyday (except if I am unable to due to illness or some currently unforeseen family issue)

Weigh myself daily

Post my exercise and weight in my SP Current Status daily

Be accountable for my actions

Inviting all other participants in this challenge to add me as an SP Friend and I will add them as an SP Friend also so that we can encourage and support each other.

This challenge will run from Ash Wednesday, Feb. 13 through Saturday, March 30, 2013. (Easter is Sunday, March 31).

All are welcome to join this Challenge. You don't have to be Catholic to participate!

This challenge is about making a change that you feel is positive for you for Lent. Make a positive change that hopefully will become a good habit.

Let's have fun achieving our goals!

It does NOT have to be food related...It can be a behavior.

1) Post what you plan on giving up. Be Specific.

2) Post often how you're doing

3) If you have a slip up(s) that's OK! Don't give up, just start over.

How many days can you go?

Some examples are:

Limiting or eliminating unhealthy foods (for example: ice cream, cake, chocolate, etc.)
Adding healthy foods (for example: vegetables, fruit, etc.)
Limiting or eliminating smoking
Exercise on a regular basis
Do not gossip
Limiting or eliminating video game playing or playing online games
Limiting or eliminating social Media (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Limiting or eliminating coffee
Limiting or eliminating watching TV on certain days

Limiting or eliminating soda
Limiting or eliminating biting your nails
Limiting or eliminating Alcohol
When eating out, eat healthy
