I use Bragg's as well. I mix 1 Tablespoon vinegar and 1 Tablespoon honey in 8 ounces of water. I used it several years ago and I loved it! I'm just beginning it again.

One day at a time.

I have been drinking 2 tbsp of bragg's diluted in 16oz of water every morning for a few weeks. I took a few days off after 3 weeks to see if I noticed a difference, and I definitely did! I feel less bloated, my heartburn and acid reflex is gone, and it kills my appetite and gives me more energy in the morning.

Skin Toner 3 to 1 ratio (3 parts water to 1 part vinegar) mix and apply with cotton balls

Vinegar is a natural anti fungal, I have used it 1 to 1 and applied through a spray bottle when my dog had a rash.
Adding a few cups to a foot bath would help with athletes foot

I wondered the same thing about ACV and hair color. Does anyone know if it damages or removes the color if we "enhance" our hair color? I too sometimes have an itchy scalp (no dandruff) but don't want to damage my color treatment.

Anyone have any ideas?

Not ACV but inexpensive neat vinigar is great for cleaning particularly where mold is a problem

I just use it in my morning tea with honey. Can't tell if it's helped on its own, as I take other supplements also. Have read a lot about its benefits --- I know that you can find whole books on the subject - you might check with your local library or health food store.

Tried it as a hair rinse back when I was a teen --- with me, the scent lingered --- NOT the effect I was going for, ha!

I use Bragg's also. I think they have put out their own pamphlet on its benefits.

I recently started using it as a hair rinse because of an itchy spot on my scalp (no dandruff, just really itchy). It works wonders and my hair feels great!! The smell doesn't last.

I haven't given myself a henna treatment in a while and am wondering if it will strip away the colour faster than normal.

Hi, I just started drinking ACV (Bragg's) after reading about it on this forum and absolutely love, love, love it. It curbs my appetite and has helped me lose a few pounds when I thought that was almost impossible.

Besides drinking it, what else do you use it for? Facial toner? Hair rinse? Pls share and give recipes.

Why do you love ACV?

Sue
