I do not have any dips recipes, some people use yogurt or for something heavier you could try light cream cheese.
Try "allrecipes.com" they might have some, they have lots of free recipes with pictures.

Here's a simple one for our barbq addicts. a tub of fat free sour cream or half a tub & half a tub of greek yogurt. 3 or 4 Tbsp of your fave barbq sauce, dice onions, (garlic diced fine optional,) stir well, chill. I'm thinking fresh chopped spinach would be good in this too.
Serve with your favorite veggies.

I love mixing Fage 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt with a little beef base, dehydrated onions, and a little garlic powder. It makes a great onion dip.

Spinach Dip

1 bx frozen spinach -thawed & drained
1 C FF sour cream
1/2 C lite Mayo
1 pkt onion soup mix
pepper to taste

mix together & put in fridge for a few hours for flavors to meld together. I'd add some chopped water chestnuts to this myself! Yum!

I know this may sound insane but fat free ricotta mixed with light ranch dressing...add a little pepper to taste and it's a great dip for kids for their veggies. It's also good in place of sour cream on tacos and with veggie curry :)
