Hey you guys! I'm so happy to report that I'm down 12.5 lbs for the month of January! It's hard to believe that it's already been a month. Can I just encourage each of you that your goal may seem far away, but the days keep will keep on coming, and before you know it you're there! Hang in there everyone! I know sometimes the cravings are insane, I try to take note of them and then look for something to take place carrots and celery for the salty and crunchy I do allow myself 1 single piece of dark chocolate just one. try that so far has been working for me.

sorry missed my thursday weigh in however here are the results. I increase my cardio and increased my water. This week I am going to look at salt intake and see if how I can reduce the amount of salt in my diet, this week I also cut out all caffeine so far so good LET'S keep up the good work.
